Honoring our vets & 1st-responders & their families
Note from Ann M. Wolf: I wish to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of our vets & 1st-responders who have served (& their family members) whether in the USA or in places around the world. You have my sincerest appreciation and respect. As a military wife, daughter, niece, sister in law, and mother, I created this page as a way to not only honor our Military & 1st Responders along with their families, but to also offer resources, music, videos, and what I hope will be encouragement & inspiration for those have experienced this lifestyle. It is said that when one family member serves, the whole family serves. So thank you to all who are part of the support network for those who put themselves in harm’s way for my freedom & safety.
For more of my thoughts of appreciation, read my opening remarks located on my Home Page under the top heading, written in honor of our military & first responders. To find relevant resources, videos, commentary & music, scroll through this page and also look at my Menus or type key words into the search bar.
Thank you for being my special guest here and may God guide you and strengthen you as you continue in your missions.
Sincerely, Ann M. Wolf

Heartbreak Highway – The Last Ride
Feel the Thunder as Ann shares her experiences from a motorcycle, riding along with hundreds of other bikers & law enforcement, as part of the Final Escort of Fallen Officer, Kenny Moats, killed in the line of duty. August 25, 2016 in Maryville, TN. She shares special moments, moving slowly down that “Heartbreak Highway,” with thousands standing by the roadside in solemn respect. To conclude this video, Ann sings her stirring Rock Anthem, “One Love.” dedicated to all of our Fallen.
Heartbreak Highway – The Last Ride
This video & song honors those who served and those who gave their lives during this shocking time in America’s history (and who have served since that day.) Immediately following the attack on our Nation (9/11/2001), we also witnessed an unprecedented outpouring of charity from public servants & citizens around the USA and even from friends around the world, while experiencing the fullness of what it means to be…..”One Nation Under God.”.
WATCH: A moving collaboration honoring our Fallen, by Songwriter Ann M. Wolf & Combat Veteran, SSG Brad Heun (history & background on the Soldier’s Cross by Brad Heun & the narration script by Ann M. Wolf). The unforgettable, soul-piercing musical score is written and produced by Ann’s producer, Tracy Collins.
Remarks from Veterans & 1st-Responders…
“I think people should watch…and listen to your stuff….it gives a powerful and honest view into vets and what they’re about”
“Ann, you have a vets heart, you’re a Mom and wife of vets’ and you love our veterans and honor them in every note you write and sing; you calm them, you encourage them and you inspire them like no one else.”
“You are a blessing to all Veterans and active military. But most of all for having the remembrance ceremony of the Missing Man Table!”
“Ann, you’re one of the only ones I’ve seen that mention the first responders in your work. I want to thank you for that. It’s very hard; a lot of people don’t realize that many first responders are “volunteers” which means they are going to help neighbors, family and even going to their friends house in an emergency, often having to try and save someone they know. When we can’t save them, the nightmares are horrible; and because of the state and federal laws, there are only certain people that volunteer firefighters or EMTs can talk to about these nightmares and feelings. That leaves us with our fellow fire fighters who are our brothers or sisters along with EMS. So I Thank You again for remembering 1st-responders also.”
